How to play Kings in the Corners
Objective
Be the first player to play every card from your hand.
Setup
- Each player receives seven cards.
- Four cards are turned face up in a cross around the stock.
- The four corner positions start empty.
Rules
- Play cards onto the four cross piles in descending alternating colours.
- A King (and only a King) may start one of the four corner piles.
- Entire piles may be moved onto another pile if the sequence continues correctly.
- Draw one card at the start of your turn; play as many legal cards as you can, then pass.
Strategy tips
- Hold a King until a corner opening is worth the tempo.
- Consolidating two piles frees a slot for a fresh card.
- Count opponents' hand sizes before dumping your low cards.
